Olga has a diverse background: she worked as a producer and researcher for various cultural institutions in Russia and the EU before switching to the field of nature conservation and sustainable resource management, with a focus on marine environments. At this, she is committed to promoting equity in research and policies. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD at AZTI in Spain, delving into the conservation facets of Marine Spatial Planning. Outside of her studies, Olga loves spending time in nature, whether it’s a nearby park, a breezy seashore, or a secluded mountain peak.
